Hey everyone, my name is Karyssa Adame. I am 20 years young and I am originally from Fullerton, California which is in Orange County and moved to Missouri 6 years ago.When i first got here I landed in the small town of Lebanon and I graduated from Lebanon High School in 2009. Talk about a culture shock!! I am attending OTC for my Associates of Arts degree and may transfer after that. I am the oldest out of 5 siblings and family is very important to me. I just moved to the Springfield area at the beginning of summer to be closer to school and, I am really liking it here so far. I am working while attending school which always keeps me busy and on the go. I recently got engaged over summer break also! I am very excited!
When I have free time I like to visit my family, be outdoors, go to the gym, and watch comedy movies, and i must admit I am also a sucker for reality tv. I am a frequent movie renter and when all the Blockbuster's seem to be closing down everywhere, it kind of makes me sad. I remember being little and making movie trips all the time with my parents and now I have resorted to Redbox. I admit, i am semi excited to be back in school but I am mainly happy to be back in this great atmosphere and meeting new people!!! I believe I am easy going so hope to be talking to you guys soon.

It always seems like Redbox doesn't have the good movies I want. My mom is a video store owner so I have been around movies all my life, when I moved to college I didn't know where to rent one. I'm still on a mission to find a good place to rent at in Springfield!
Movies tend to have a lot of memory attached to them if they're the good old school stuff. Good old comedies were always fun and I loved things as old as the Three Stooges. I hope you have a good semester
So how different was it moving to Missouri from California? I have never been to Cali but hope to get there one day. As of movies, I LOVE movies as well. I like more romance, comedy, and action! Sadly, my cousin has made me the biggest Twilight fan. But my favorite will always be "A Walk to Remember".
Comedy movies are the best. Any thing that can make you laugh is mostly always a good thing. There are a couple of reality tv shows I watch with my gf, anything Gordon Ramsay. That man is a cooking legend lol. Have a great semester.

I love the dog! He is very intimidating. I have a silly little dachshund that just turned 15! Hopefully will get engaged too someday and be able to get my own puppy to raise!
